Additionally, you’ll receive frequent emails regarding the state of completion of your order until you receive it.

Returns for refunds, credits, or swaps are not accepted. Every purchase is final.

Any import taxes or tariffs levied on goods after they have shipped are not our responsibility. These fees are assessed once your order arrives in your country; they are not set before we ship. We are unable to cover these expenses. We are only able to process a refund after successfully receiving the returned order in the event that an item cannot be delivered and must be sent back to us.

Thinked and designed as a new kind of art toy, the Giants deliver numerous digital activations.These activations vary depending on the nature of your Giants. Each product comes with specific instructions on how to digitally-activate your art toy. Digital activations occur after the physical drops. If you do not own a Giants physical edition, you can’t access The Giants digital collectibles. Our digital collectibles line is currently only available to owners of Giants physical artworks.
